# Cleaning

Facilities has to be cleaned to keep the hashrate up. Both the facility, servers and air cons has to be cleaned. If not, temperatures start rising. If a server's temperature reaches 100C, it will shut down to prevent damage to the hardware.

Each server, and the facility itself has different temperatures. If the ambient temperature in the facility is ricing, the servers will also climb in temperature. If air cons aren't cleaned, their ability to extract heat from the facility is decreased.

To clean facilities you can either clean by yourself for free or hire a maid who will clean your facility, even when you are not online. Maids will clean your facility right when it gets dusty to always have as much profitability as possible. Maids will charge a certain amount per hour which will be withdrawn from your account every hour. Maids will continue cleaning until you run out of BloxCoin.

During the time you are offline the cleanliness of the facility will not change, it will stay the same as when you logged off.
